Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $99 USD or more, based on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping and taxes. For orders below $99 USD, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and delivery destination.

Expedited shipping costs $22 USD more than the applicable standard shipping rate. For orders of $99 USD or more, standard shipping is free and expedited shipping costs $22 USD.

Retail Order Processing

Ready-to-order products are prepared before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the order leaves the fulfillment location.

Custom Product Orders Below 30 Pieces

Custom products require artwork and order-detail processing before shipment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Check the product page and order confirmation for the applicable timing, and email support@o2tee.com before ordering if you have a fixed event date.

Bulk Team Orders of 30+ Pieces

Bulk team orders follow an order-specific schedule. Artwork approval, roster and size confirmation, production, quality checking, and shipping timing will be confirmed in the quote before payment. Start on our Bulk Team Orders page.

Transit Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Standard shipping: 7–10 business days. Expedited shipping: 3–7 business days. Processing and custom production time are additional. Delivery estimates begin after the order ships. Carrier timing can vary by destination, customs processing, holiday volume, weather, and other events outside O2TEE's control. Tracking is the best source for the latest delivery status.

If an order contains multiple products, items may arrive in separate packages and may have more than one tracking number.
